Designing signage as well as illustrative elements for a wedding located in Hawaii, I took a lot of inspiration from the location– not only from the native florals, but also from the wedding chapel that the brides great great grandmother helped build.
Sketches
After talking with the bride about what style she was looking for and the items she would need for the wedding, we decided that she wanted some sketches of the church where she would be married as well as the tree that stood outside of the chapel since the location held such an important part of her family history.
Final Products
The final look of the signage took a lot of inspiration from the location – Hawaii – focusing on the florals that are local to the area as well as colors that were soft and romantic.
